Shipping policy

Delivery

We use Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked service or Evri Small Parcel Next Working Day service to ensure your order arrives safely and quickly. We aim to deliver your order the next working day if it is placed before 11am. Orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the following working day.

Delivery Costs

The delivery cost for all orders is just £5 on orders under £50 and Free for orders over £50

Delivery Timeframes

The following delivery timeframes apply:

• Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked: 1-2 working days
• Evri Small Parcel Next Working Day: 1 working day

Delivery Exclusions

Please note that we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can use this tracking number to track your order's progress.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us for a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.
